Q. I don't have a PayPal Account. Can I still order?

A. Yes! In almost every country you can choose to checkout without creating a paypal account. Just continue to checkout and look on the left side of the paypal screen for the option. (See the image below)
PayPal is the safest and most reliable way to process your credit card. We don't store any credit card information!

If you are unable to pay using your credit card with PayPal, many of our materials are available from CDBaby.  They provide many payment options, and quick, inexpensive shipping.  Downloads are also available for some materials. Click here to visit our page on CDBaby.

Q. I don't have a credit card.  How can I purchase your materials.

A. If you are unable to purchase online with a credit card, please send us the URL and email address of your favorite local bookstore/English learning materials store.  We will contact them to inquire about carrying our products.  It would also help for them to know that their customers are interested in Super Simple Learning materials, so be sure to give them a call to let them know you would like to purchase our materials!

Q. How much is shipping?

A. It depends on your location and what you order. To check the shipping costs for your order, add items to your cart and look below your cart where you can select your country. Select and then click UPDATE to see the shipping options for your country.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

A. We ship orders every business day (Monday-Friday), so your package will usually be shipped within 24 hours, sometimes a little later if you place an order on or near the weekend. All packages are sent by either Japan Post Air Mail or Japan Post Express Mail Service (EMS). . Q. I purchased a download. Where is it?

A. Login to your account, and click the "My Account" button at the top of the page. You'll then see your order history. Click the VIEW button to see your download order. You will then see a DOWNLOAD button. Click it and your download will start immediately! Or look in your order confirmation email.  You will find a link there to download your file.
