Easy-to-teach, easy-to-learn educational resources for young children.

Seven Steps Video Premier

Thanks for joining in our week long celebration of 5 years on YouTube!

Today we are pleased to welcome back Jeremy-sensei! Jeremy spent only one year with us in Japan, but he was a great teacher and he directed and starred in some amazing videos that are much loved by parents, teachers and children around the world (Uh-Huh! People love ‘em). Jeremy is living in the U.S. now, preparing to enter medical school. We hope he becomes a pediatrician. How great would it be for kids to have Jeremy as their doctor?!

Lots of people have requested more videos with Jeremy, so last summer, we invited him back to Japan to work with us for a couple of weeks. It was great to see him and, of course, we had a lot of fun making some brand new videos.

Seven Steps (found on Super Simple Songs 1) is a classic children’s song that is fun and easy to use in the classroom.  You can use it to teach counting, reinforce action verbs, learn forwards and backwards and so much more. Check out the Seven Steps page for other teaching tips.

How do you use this song? We would love to hear your ideas. And what do you think of the new video? Hope you like it!
